General description
Recognizes the ~19 kDa G-CSF glycoprotein in bone marrow and fetal liver tissue.
Anti-Granulocyte Colony Stimulating Factor (Ab-1) mouse monoclonal, clone 5.24, recognizes ~19 kDa G-CSF in bone marrow & fetal liver tissue. It is validated for use in WB, IF & IHC (paraffin).
Purified mouse monoclonal antibody generated by immunizing Balb/c mice with the specified immunogen and fusing splenocytes with NS1 mouse myeloma cells. Recognizes granulocyte colony stimulating factor.
